- How many free explains do I get?
3 per day, resetting every day. The counter shows on the Explain button in the extension.
- How does the 3-day free trial work?
Start Pro and you won't be charged for the first 3 days. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you pay nothing. After that it renews at your chosen plan.
- Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Manage subscription (Stripe) and cancel — you keep Pro until the end of the current billing period, with no further charges.
- Monthly or yearly — what's the difference?
Same features. Yearly is $35.99 (≈ $3/mo, save 40%) vs $4.99/month. You can switch plans anytime — the prorated difference is handled automatically.
- Which devices does it work on?
CastReader is publicly available on iPhone, iPad, Android, Chrome, and Edge. Sign in with the same email to align Pro entitlement across supported surfaces; the download center lists current platform availability.
- Is my payment secure?
